Cardinal Glennon Safety Program
Infant Car Seat and Sleep Safety to Preventing Childhood Injuries
The SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Safety Program is dedicated to the wellbeing and safety of children of all ages. Through education and resources, our goal is to prevent childhood injuries and contribute to the overall reduction of child mortality in the St. Louis region and beyond.
In partnership with Safe Kids Worldwide and a variety of local organizations, we provide the tools you need to keep your children and babies safe at home, in the car and at play.
Some of the many services we offer include Infant and Child CPR classes, Baby Safety Classes with safe sleep resources, no-cost car seats to families in need, and much more!
How Your Support Helps
Donor support of the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Safety Program ensures that our staff can continue providing these vital resources to families. Injury prevention is a team effort, and we are so grateful to the many donors and community partners who help make these important community programs possible!

Child Passenger Safety
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration tells us that car crashes remain the number one killer of children under the age of 12. “The best way to protect them in the car is to put them in the right seat, at the right time, and use it the right way.”
Need your child’s car seat checked and/or installed? Call the Safety Program office at 314-678-5474.
