SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital invites you to Scoops of Fun – an event where families can enjoy unlimited treats from local ice cream vendors while exploring The Magic House, one of St. Louis’ most beloved children’s museums.
Enjoy last year's photos at the bottom of the page.
This is a unique chance for you and your children to sample sweet treats from some of the best dessert and ice cream shops in St. Louis – all under one magical roof! In between dessert breaks, children and their parents will be free to play throughout The Magic House. Face painting and other fun surprises will be waiting around every corner!
The Magic House will be closed to the public during Scoops of Fun. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to plan an evening visit to the Kirkwood landmark with your family.
If you’re not able to attend but want your chance to win an ice cream party for 50 people, compliments of Ices Plain and Fancy; click below to purchase now. Tickets are $10 each. Ices Plain and Fancy will come to your house with their tanks and scoop out their ice cream!
Back again this year is the ice cream eating competition. Contestants will have 10 minutes to eat a pint of ice cream; whoever finishes first, or the most, wins an autographed Carlos Martinez baseball cap! Chances are $20 each and will be available at the Magic House on May 19.
Every ticket purchased will benefit the Footprints Program at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon. The Footprints Program improves the quality of life for children living with complex medical illnesses. By developing an ongoing individualized framework for a child’s care, while respecting the values and beliefs of your family, the Footprints Program can support care goals such full cure and recovery, prolonging a child’s life, or providing comfort and relieving suffering. Footprints staff tend to the whole child, including the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of children and their families.
